How do I deposit funds to my account?
You can make a deposit via Long Asia Client Portal using an payment method that suits you best. There are no fees on deposits, except TT or Credit Card.

What is the minimum deposit?

The minimum deposit for Standard account types is $ 100, and ECN account type is $ 100

How fast do you process my withdrawals?
The withdrawal request submitted before 15:00 GMT+8 will be processed within a day if there is no issue with the request. Withdrawal requests submitted after 15:00 GMT+8 will be processed in the next working day.

However, it may take longer up to 3 working days if required for further verification.
How long does it take for funds to reach your crypt asset wallet?
The time required for funds to reach the crypto asset wallet is usually within three working days of the submission being approved.
Is broker to broker transfer allowed?
We do not support broker to broker transfer, we only offer our standard payment methods and internal MT account transfer.
Can I withdraw via a different payment method from the one I used to deposit?
Our policy is to process withdrawals via the same method that you used to deposit. For example, if your initial deposit method is Cryptocurrency, the withdrawal will be processed in Cryptocurrency. Upon request, we can send your funds via other payment methods under your name depending on eligibility.
Can I withdraw my money if I have an open position(s)?
Yes, you can. However, at the moment of withdrawal processing, your free margin must exceed the amount specified in the withdrawal instruction including all payment charges.

Free margin is calculated as equity minus the necessary margin (which is required to maintain an open position). However, you must ensure the withdrawal won’t lead to account Stop Out. It’s your responsibility to keep sufficient funds in your account.

If you do not have sufficient free margin on your trading account, we will not carry out the withdrawal request until you submit a corrected withdrawal form and/or close the open positions on your account.
